I'm over 50 - am I too old?

Absolutely not. Our 50+ Live Well and 60+ Vitality programmes are designed specifically to meet your needs; they're centred around health and longevity ensuring you stay happy and healthy for years to come.

I have a history of back/knee/shoulder pain - can I still train?

Most likely, yes (we will chat more on the discovery call). Our coaches are on hand to ensure correct technique is applied, they will aslo change and adapt the exercises to work for you.

I'm busy with work and have a family - will I be able to fit it in?

Yes, firstly we have 60 sessions a week you can book on to and our nutrition coaching is family / work freindly. Everything we do is about helping you make it work for your personal circumstances - there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
